What inspires you about your job?

I am motivated by helping others. I find the most meaning and inspiration from being able to see how my work impacts people on a personal level. Understanding and empathizing with people is so important. The idea that I might provide a solution to a problem or provide peace of mind is what motivates me to do a good job.

What do you love most about being part of Sage?

Being part of a forward-thinking, supportive organization that realizes its clients and team members are its greatest assets is my favorite thing about Sage so far. Everyone at Sage has a client-centered focus, and it is exciting to work collaboratively with people to help make sure our clients are successful.
