Compliance Associate
At Sage, Darlene works tirelessly to promote a culture of integrity and compliance. Outside of Sage, she is very involved with PAR (People Advancing Reintegration) Recycle Works, a non-profit organization that offers electronics recycling services as a conduit to provide workforce training and social services to previously incarcerated men and women. She also volunteers as a “Caring Clown” at Lankenau hospital and many other organizations. Darlene is an active member of her theater troupe, the AI Players, and produces and performs in local musicals and improv troupes.
Darlene earned her B.S in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.

Knowing I’m doing something valuable for our clients and the firm.
What do you love most about being part of Sage?
Working in an atmosphere where everyone pulls together, the client comes first, and there is complete mutual respect among everyone at the company.
