We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Manager (financial advisor) to join one of our established advisory teams. This is not a sales position. The role focuses on client relationships, investment advisory services, and comprehensive financial planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Partner with an Executive Wealth Manager, the senior advisor on the team, to help manage, service, and deepen client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ goals, priorities, and financial circumstances.
- Participate in client meetings and ongoing relationship management activities.
- Help deliver a consistent, personalized client experience that reflects Sage’s commitment to long-term relationships.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
Investment Management & Financial Planning
- In consultation with the Executive Wealth Manager, recommend and implement asset allocation and portfolio diversification strategies aligned with the recommendations of Sage’s Investment Committee.
- Proactively monitor asset allocations, liquidity needs, and investment performance.
- Lead the development and presentation of comprehensive financial plans, identifying opportunities and risks across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow planning.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Successful candidates will bring:
- 10+ years of professional experience in investment advisory services, financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
- A fiduciary mindset and commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
Preferred qualifications:
- CFP® certification or progress toward obtaining it.
- Familiarity with retirement, estate, tax, and wealth planning strategies.
