We are seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to join one of our established advisory teams. This role is designed for someone interested in building a long-term career in wealth management and developing expertise in financial planning, investment management, and client service.
This is not a sales position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service & Operations
- Support Senior and Executive Wealth Managers with serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Help deliver a consistent, personalized client experience.
Investment Management & Financial Planning
- Assist with portfolio implementation, asset allocation reviews, and performance monitoring based on team recommendations.
- Gather and organize client information to support financial planning efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and analyses.
- Conduct research and quantitative analysis related to retirement, tax, estate, and cash flow planning.
Team Contribution
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and process improvements.
- Contribute to special projects and other team priorities.
- Develop technical knowledge and advisory skills through ongoing mentorship and professional development.

Successful candidates will bring:
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fiduciary mindset and commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
